Where do I buy a map?
On Etsy. Checkout, payment and shipping all go through Etsy, so your payment details never touch this site.
How big are they?
7 x 7 in or 9 x 9 in. How deep they are depends on the land. Zion is about 0.6 in deep at 7 in, and Kings Peak is about 1.3 in.
What are they made of?
A stone filled PLA in a color chosen to suit the land, with rivers and lakes in blue, and a plaque with a marble finish. The filament shifts in tone as it prints, so every piece comes out a little different.
How do they hang?
A keyhole mount is built into the back. A screw, a wall anchor and a card with hanging instructions come in the box.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Shipping is free in the US. Every map is made to order, and the current timeline is shown on each Etsy listing.
Can I return a map?
Shop maps can be returned within 14 days, with return shipping paid by you. Custom maps are made just for you and can’t be returned, which is why nothing prints until you’ve approved the preview.
Can I send one as a gift?
Yes. Add a gift message at checkout on Etsy and it gets printed and packed in the box.
Can you make a place that isn’t in the shop?
Yes, anywhere in the US. Here’s how custom maps work.
How do I care for it?
Dust it with a soft, dry brush. Keep it out of a hot car, since the material softens at high heat.
